Raphoe Village Centre - Red Hills

LandLAB have designed a new town square and village centre for the Raphoe Precinct at Red Hills in Auckland’s west.

The village creates a place where the best of the urban collides with the rural to deliver a new town model that is diverse, accessible, future-ready, linked and highly connected and environmentally responsive. A place that integrates urbanity and landscape, local and global into the ‘everyday’.

Raphoe suggests new and interesting possibilities of both organic and curated recreational and residential experience and promotes innovation, varying modes of work alongside artisans, artists, growers, entrepreneurs and business.
